​My name is Dr. Inge Ford, a.k.a. "Yaya". The practice of yoga has been an integral part of my life for over thirty-five years. I want to energetically share my passion of yoga with you.

Yoga is an ancient health system, a way that incorporates your total being.  For many centuries, this system has been an integral component for better health, vitality, mental prowess, and longevity.

 

Yoga has been a long-standing method in holistic health.  It is a tool that bridges the union of mind, body and spirit. As a result, we have the opportunity to become more focused, integrated, healthy and happy. 

Yaya Yoga incorporates Hatha--gentle, strength & balance, chair and restorative. Aspects of Qigong, TaiChi, Thai Yoga, and nutrition are integrated as well. Yaya also teaches asana Yin, Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and incorporates Ayurvedic (striving for integral balance) wisdom as part of a true yoga lifestyle.  

 

I am a doctor of dental medicine and licensed health provider who is passionate about integrative medicine. As an E-R.Y.T (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance, a Thai Yoga Bodywork therapist, Yoga Life Coach, Reiki practitioner, insured, CPR/AED certified, a member of American College of Sports Medicine and the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT)--you can feel confident that your yoga experience will be nurturing, professional and safe.

I teach yoga and wellness in group and private settings throughout the United States and internationally. If the food is good, I'll travel anywhere! Our classes are designed to incorporate all participant levels (this means YOU).
